Your dentist will conduct a thorough examination including digital X-rays, oral cancer screening, and gum health assessment — all using the latest diagnostic technology.

Discussion & Planning

We'll share our findings with you using intraoral camera images so you can see exactly what we see. Together, we'll discuss your goals and create a personalised treatment plan.

Next Steps

Before you leave, our treatment coordinator will walk you through the plan, timeline, and costs. We'll book your next appointment and you'll receive a written plan by email.

Insurance & Payment

We accept all major insurers including Bupa, AXA, and Denplan. 0% finance is available on treatments over £500.

We recommend a check-up every 6 months for most patients, alongside regular hygiene appointments. However, some patients benefit from more or less frequent visits depending on their oral health — your dentist will advise you on the ideal schedule.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. We also offer 0% interest-free finance on treatments over £500 through our partnership with Dental Finance, with repayment options over 6, 10, or 12 months.
Yes, we accept all major dental insurance plans including Denplan, Bupa, AXA PPP, Cigna, and WPA. Please bring your insurance details to your first appointment and our team will assist with claims processing.
Call our emergency line at 020 9999 8888. We reserve same-day emergency slots every day and will see you as quickly as possible — often within the hour. Registered patients also have access to our out-of-hours emergency line.
Absolutely. You're welcome to transfer your care to us at any stage. We'll request your records from your previous practice and review your treatment plan to ensure continuity.
