Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 July 2026

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Luminous Dental Collective website and our dental services. By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

About Us

Luminous Dental Collective is a private dental practice registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is 42 Harley Street, London, W1G 9PL. We are registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) and the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Our GDC registration number is available upon request.

Dental Services

All dental treatments are provided by qualified, GDC-registered dental professionals. Treatment plans are tailored to individual patient needs and will be discussed and agreed with you before any procedure begins. We reserve the right to decline or modify treatment where clinically indicated.

While we strive for excellent outcomes, no guarantee can be made regarding the results of any dental treatment, as individual results vary based on factors including oral hygiene, lifestyle, and biological response.

Appointments

Appointment times are allocated specifically for you. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to attend without notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost for that appointment. Repeated non-attendance may result in deregistration from our practice.

We reserve the right to charge a deposit for certain treatments, which will be deducted from your final treatment cost.

Fees and Payment

Our fees are published on our website and displayed in our reception. We accept all major debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. 0% interest-free finance is available on treatments over £500, subject to approval and terms provided by our finance partner.

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. For multi-stage treatments, staged payments may be arranged and will be detailed in your treatment plan.

Patient Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible care, we ask patients to:

  • Provide accurate and complete medical and dental history.
  • Inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or contact details.
  • Follow post-treatment care instructions provided by your dentist.
  • Attend scheduled appointments and give adequate notice for cancellations.
  • Treat our staff and other patients with courtesy and respect.
